Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Deputy Program Manager to support the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program, which develops prototype and operational satellite ground systems, satellite operations centers, and related support services. The role coordinates daily program execution across engineering, software, cybersecurity, logistics, and mission operations; supports cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and technical integration activities; maintains program reporting and integrated schedules; facilitates cross-functional collaboration; and serves as secondary authority for program direction. The position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, at least seven years of relevant DoD or Intelligence Community program experience, and up to 10% travel within the Continental United States. The proposed salary range is $78,000 to $163,800.
