Description
Deputy Program Manager role at Faurecia responsible for end-to-end program management from award/RFQA through six months after SOP, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The position involves managing customer relationships and negotiations, preparing RFQA, building and tracking business plans and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, leading risk/opportunity actions, resolving financial and technical conflicts, ensuring PMS process compliance, and supporting smooth transfer from development to production. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of project experience, strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, PMS knowledge, and financial understanding, with English required and French preferred.
