ValidaTek is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the execution and delivery of enterprise IT and cyber operations programs in Department of War environments. The role assists the Program Manager with contract operations, resource coordination, staffing, workload management, service delivery, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, while serving as acting Program Manager when needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of federal IT program management experience, 3 years of Federal or DoW IT operations experience, 5+ years managing large-scale projects with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, relevant IT and cyber operations experience, a Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and PMP and ITILv4 certifications.
