Parsons is hiring a Deputy Program Manager/Construction Services Manager to support the Medical Enlisted Training Campus Recapitalization Program at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston. The role serves as the Program Manager’s designated deputy, overseeing construction and factory assurance, site and factory inspections, risk-based surveillance, inspection and test plans, nonconformance resolution, field progress validation, outages, access, environmental observations, safety escalation, and construction readiness and turnover reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 12 years of relevant construction experience including 5 years supervising field teams, and the ability to obtain unescorted access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston.
