Agile Defense is hiring a Deputy Program Manager who will also serve as a highly technical Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) Lead. The role leads 24x7x365 cyber defense operations for federal customers, including security monitoring, analytics, cyber hunting, incident response, digital forensics, vulnerability assessment, and cyber threat intelligence. It also manages operational workflows and metrics, serves as a customer-facing technical lead and cybersecurity subject-matter expert, supports solution and proposal development, oversees projects and transitions, and mentors staff. The position is hybrid in Reston, Virginia and requires TS clearance eligibility, a relevant bachelor's degree, specified cybersecurity or project-management certification, and substantial cybersecurity operations and program-management experience.
