Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a full-time Deputy Program Manager in Oklahoma City to support a high-visibility aircraft modernization program. The role serves as the principal deputy to the Program Manager, overseeing systems engineering, avionics integration, aircraft modification, software development, testing, cybersecurity, logistics, certification, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires an active Secret Security Clearance, up to 25–35% domestic and international travel, and at least 8 years of aerospace, defense, or military aviation program experience, including 5 years in program management, engineering management, IPT leadership, or deputy program management. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, while PMP and/or DAWIA certification is preferred.
