Description
The role provides management oversight for all phases of a construction project, coordinating workers, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and trade contractors; reviewing architectural and engineering drawings; administering construction contracts and obtaining permits; supervising assistant managers; tracking schedules and costs; and reporting progress to owners and architects. The position requires a four-year degree in construction management or construction science, five or more years of experience assisting or supervising increasingly complex construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
