Brooklyn Law School is hiring a full-time, exempt Deputy Registrar for Registration and Reporting in a hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Registrar, the role manages student registration, course and exam scheduling, enrollment and status updates, reporting to agencies such as ABA, IPEDS, NYSED, and the National Student Clearinghouse, and data management in Colleague (Ellucian). The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant education experience, strong analytical and communication skills, FERPA knowledge, and comfort with technology; experience with Colleague, Informer, higher education, or Microsoft Office is preferred. The salary range is $95,000–$115,000, with benefits including paid time off, retirement, dependent tuition scholarships, and summer Friday PTO.
