UNICEF Philippines is hiring a Deputy Representative, Operations at the P-5 level in Manila on a Fixed-Term Appointment. The role is a senior strategic operations leadership position responsible for supporting the Head of Office, managing core operations functions such as budget, finance, facilities, administration, supply and logistics, ICT, and safety/security, while driving risk-informed, value-for-money, and results-based management across the country office, including humanitarian and fragile contexts.
