The Deputy Manager will lead a schuh store in Dublin, Swords, working 37.5 hours across five of seven days. The role involves coaching and developing staff, managing junior managers and sales teams, recruiting and training new talent, setting and achieving KPIs, maintaining operational excellence, creating store displays, and promoting the brand. Leadership, retail or customer-service experience, and a commercial eye are preferred, while full training is provided.
