BLUME2000 is hiring a full-time Deputy Store Manager for its upcoming store opening in Kassel. The role covers store operations when the store manager is absent, staff deployment and onboarding, customer sales and consultation, bouquet creation, product presentation, stocking, and cashier duties. Candidates should ideally have retail merchant vocational training and sales experience, with initial leadership experience preferred. The position offers an hourly wage of €16.50, bonus payments, vacation days, pension, training, discounts, and subsidized Wellpass membership.
