BLUME2000 is hiring Deputy Store Managers for full-time and part-time roles in Hannover at its Oststadt and Mitte locations. The role covers store operations in the store manager’s absence, staff scheduling and onboarding, customer selling and advising, flower arrangement, merchandising, and cashier activities. Candidates should ideally have retail sales vocational training and sales experience, with leadership experience preferred, strong German skills, flexible availability, and a passion for floristry.
