Primark is hiring a full-time Deputy Store Manager in Budapest at its ArénaMall store. The role supports the Store Manager by driving business results, making key operational decisions, leading 10–15 managers and more than 100 sales assistants, managing day-to-day store operations, people and culture activities, stock and resources, market trends, and brand initiatives. The schedule is Monday to Friday plus one Saturday or Sunday every 2–3 weeks, with flexible working hours including weekends. Candidates should have several years of retail leadership experience, strong team and commercial skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong planning and organisational skills, and high-level English.
