EDEKA Süllau is hiring a full-time Deputy Store Manager in Bargteheide to support the Store Manager and lead the store economically and operationally. The role involves driving store performance, interpreting business figures, scheduling and motivating staff, overseeing ordering, merchandising, product presentation, HACCP quality requirements, and independently defining and implementing projects. Candidates should have experience in grocery retail leadership, ideally as a Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager, with at least three years of experience; those with less experience may start in the Store Management Team.
