Great Northern is hiring an onsite Design Assistant to support structural designers in developing package and display design concepts, creating CAD-based designs, fabricating samples, preparing specifications and assembly drawings, and coordinating with prepress, sales, customer service, and production teams. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CAD design experience or a relevant certificate, strong communication and attention to detail, and knowledge of basic corrugated container design. The position pays $23–$27 per hour and includes medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, profit sharing, and a 401(k) match.
