Description
The Design Associate supports the Philadelphia Flower Show by developing exhibition designs from concept through implementation, including layouts, 3D models, control and construction drawings, space planning, operational diagrams, and stakeholder communication. The role collaborates with the Director of Planning & Design and other teams, participates in on-site setup, staging, and teardown, and requires proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Layout, Excel, and drafting software. It is largely sedentary but may require extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with possible nontraditional hours during the event.
