Description
The Design Assurance Engineer 2 supports new product development and on-market medical devices by ensuring design controls, verification and validation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and product change activities are implemented and maintained. The role collaborates with R&D and project teams, supports manufacturing-related design changes and health risk assessments, analyzes product issues, and evaluates design change impacts. A technical bachelor’s degree is required, while two or more years of experience and experience in regulated product development, sustaining engineering, or design assurance are preferred. The annualized base salary range is $78,000 to $122,100, with bonus eligibility.
