DIS-TRAN Steel is hiring an Industrial Operations Specialist to improve manufacturing operations on the plant floor. The role focuses on developing Autodesk Inventor automation, configurable assemblies, reusable templates, design standards, metadata, and downstream readiness for drawings, BOMs, BOOs, ERP, MES, procurement, and manufacturing. The position requires an engineering background, structural steel design knowledge, Autodesk Inventor and parametric modeling experience, and strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
