Description

STV is seeking a Design-Build Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex Design-Build projects across the New York City Metro area. This senior project leadership role involves end-to-end project delivery, strategic project leadership, commercial performance ownership, client interface, contractor partnership, pursuit strategy, construction phase delivery, championing safety and innovation, and team mentorship.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 20+ years of experience, including recent project leadership from design through construction delivery.
Proven success leading Design-Build projects with $20M+ in fee revenue as the Projects Leader coordinating large teams of 70+ staff
Demonstrated expertise in project leadership, including budget, schedule, risk, and client management.
Experience working in contractor-led, joint venture, or integrated Design-Build environments
Preferred Qualifications: DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) certification
Track record of winning and delivering major Design-Build pursuits
Strong understanding of commercial management, contract risk, and procurement strategies
Familiarity with NY/NJ agency clients (NYSDOT, MTA, Port Authority, NJDOT, Amtrak)
Experience leveraging digital delivery, BIM, and advanced design technologies
Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
