STV is seeking a Design Build Project Manager to oversee complex building design projects using the Design Build methodology. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating technical teams, controlling budgets and schedules, engaging stakeholders, supporting construction phases, fostering business development, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, particularly in transportation, civic, or public sector projects.
