Kronospan is hiring a Design Center Manager for its newly established design center in Budapest. The role combines interior design planning, customer selection and suggestive selling, specification management, project coordination, marketing and event support, workflow organization, reporting, and leadership of the Budapest Design Center staff. Candidates should have completed university or college studies, preferably in architecture or interior design, and 5–10 years of experience in a similar field. The position requires fluent Hungarian and English, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with specified design and office software, and extensive travel during the initial training phase. Compensation includes a 140,000 HUF monthly presence bonus, a 15,000 HUF monthly SZÉP card, and 30 HUF per kilometer of fuel support for residents outside Budapest.
