Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Design- CNC Programmer in Fullerton, California to lead CNC manufacturing operations. The role develops and optimizes Mastercam programs, supports a wide range of CNC equipment, creates standardized tooling and machining processes, improves cycle times and OEE, supports new-product introduction and lights-out manufacturing, and coordinates with tooling suppliers and purchasing. The position requires at least three years of design experience, GD&T knowledge, SolidWorks proficiency, and United States work authorization; Mastercam experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
