EQ3 is hiring a full-time Design Consultant in Calgary to help customers select furniture and accessories, build relationships, develop sales opportunities, and achieve individual sales goals. The role offers full commission of 7% of written sales, earning potential of $65,000–$75,000+ per year, training, benefits, and an employee discount. Prior furniture or interior design experience is an asset but not required; retail, consultative, or commission-based sales experience is preferred, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
