Waterworks is hiring a Design Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners in a showroom and through outside marketing. The role involves prospecting, relationship building, product presentations, quoting, closing sales, managing client projects, and meeting sales and marketing goals. Candidates need at least three years of outside or inside sales or business development experience in a high-end luxury brand environment, along with strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills; plumbing or tile industry experience is preferred. Compensation is base salary plus commission, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
