West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Houston, Texas, on a rotating Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The role serves as the primary customer contact, guides customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, and secures agreements for home improvement products and services. No cold-calling or lead generation is required because leads are warm and pre-set. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission, with earnings up to $200,000 or more.
