West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on a rotating Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The role serves as the primary customer contact, guides customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, and sells home improvement products and services using warm, pre-set leads. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, an annual net sales bonus program, and expected first-year income earnings up to $200,000 or more.
