West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Columbia, South Carolina on a rotating Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The role serves as the primary customer contact, guides customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, attends team meetings and training, and sells products and services without cold-calling or lead generation. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, an annual net sales bonus program, and expected first-year income of up to $200,000 or more.
