West Shore Home is hiring a Design Consultant in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a rotating Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The role serves as the primary customer contact, guides customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, attends team meetings and training, and sells bathroom, flooring, window, and door products and services using warm, pre-set leads. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, prior sales experience or relevant customer-facing experience, and a smartphone or smart device for company systems. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, HSA, paid time off, and professional development; compensation is base salary plus uncapped commission, with earnings up to $200,000 or more.
