The role leads and develops a design team of 10+ people, provides creative direction and sign-off across motion and static deliverables, manages resources and project processes, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with other disciplines. The position requires strong visual judgment, experience leading a client, a strong portfolio, and interest in AI tools.
