Description
Addition is hiring a Design Director to lead its small design practice, partner with the ECD, and help establish a high standard of design across brands, products, interfaces, systems, interactions, experiences, and emerging AI-driven creative technologies. The role combines hands-on design, prototyping, critique, team development, multidisciplinary leadership, client communication, and the creation of adaptable design systems. It requires around 8+ years of design experience, a broad portfolio, experience leading multidisciplinary projects, and hands-on experimentation with generative AI and creative technology.
