GlobalFoundries is hiring a Design Enablement Engineer focused on high-voltage MOSFET compact modeling for RFSOI and RF Bulk technologies. The role involves extracting DC and RF device models using BSIM/PSP and SOI variants, defining test structures and layouts, analyzing semiconductor-device data, interpreting test results, and collaborating with device and modeling engineers to resolve discrepancies. Required qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D. in semiconductor devices, 6+ years of experience with an M.S. or 3–5 years with a Ph.D., semiconductor-device knowledge, and English fluency; RF and S-parameter exposure is preferred.
