Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. is hiring a Design Engineer for its Ohio Customer Service Center in Marysville, Ohio. The role is hybrid and focuses on electrical distribution/wiring harness product design support, including customer technical interface, 2D Catia-based drawing creation and accuracy, troubleshooting electrical issues, leading design reviews, implementing design changes, supporting testing specifications, and contributing to cost, quality, and delivery targets. The position requires travel within the United States and Mexico and asks for a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, 3-5 years of design or product development experience, and preferred automotive wire harness/CATIA experience.
