Allient Inc. is hiring a Design Engineer in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to support new customer application development, product launches, cost reductions, and manufacturing improvements. The role coordinates product design and release to production, analyzes engineering data, supports manufacturing feasibility and tooling, develops test programs, resolves design and manufacturing issues, and collaborates with sales, engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. The position is mostly office-based with occasional production-floor and development-lab exposure, possible travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–10 years of work experience.
