Arm is hiring a Custom Standard Cell Design Engineer to develop and optimize Arm custom standard cells for advanced sub-3nm process technologies. The role involves transistor-level circuit design, standard cell characterization, modeling, EDA view generation, validation, layout optimization, and automation, with collaboration across circuit, mask design, and other engineering teams. Candidates need a BSEE or MSEE with at least two years of relevant experience, expertise in MOSFET physics and static CMOS circuits, and proficiency with characterization tools, SPICE, and Python or Perl.
