Description
Ashby is hiring a Design Engineer to combine visual design with software engineering, working on the UI and UX of a complex recruiting and talent-acquisition product used by over 100,000 weekly active users. The role includes redesigning mobile and web experiences, improving and extending the company’s design system, creating composable components, consulting Product Engineers on bespoke design, and shipping features through user feedback. It is open to Mid and Senior levels and requires 2+ years of continuous experience as an Engineer or Designer, with proficiency in design and engineering and strong TypeScript, React, and CSS skills.
