ASMPT AMICRA is hiring a Design Engineer in Regensburg to develop systems and assemblies for semiconductor technology, design mechatronic assemblies, prepare specifications and cost estimates, perform sizing and strength calculations, document designs and test plans, collaborate with technical drafters and project management, and clarify requirements with customers. The role requires a completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, automation and semiconductor technology experience, CAD proficiency, and German and English language skills. Flexible working time models with remote-work options are offered.
