BKF Engineers is hiring a Design Engineer for its onsite Sacramento, California team to support civil infrastructure and land development projects, including site plans, grading and drainage, utility systems, roadways, public works, engineering reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documentation. The role is intended for an early-career civil engineer with 0–3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related ABET-accredited field, and preferably AutoCAD/Civil 3D and EIT or FE certification experience. The position is salary-based, paid biweekly, and offers a $73,000–$95,000 annual base salary plus bonuses, profit sharing, retirement, insurance, paid leave, flexible schedules, and education reimbursement.
