Description
The Design Engineer will own the full product lifecycle for interfaces across a platform and marketplace used by reinforcement learning researchers and practitioners. The role combines product design and front-end engineering to make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback clear and actionable, while partnering with research and engineering teams, incorporating user feedback, and developing reusable interaction patterns. Candidates need at least three years of experience in design engineering, product design, or a similar role, front-end engineering skills, and experience shipping product interfaces; developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, model evaluations, reinforcement learning, and training data pipelines are advantageous. The team is based in San Francisco and Singapore, with on-site and remote candidates eligible under the stated time-zone overlap, and visa sponsorship is available.
