Eagle Group is hiring an on-site Design Engineer in Clayton, Delaware, to create working designs and manufacturing documents for custom equipment. The role involves troubleshooting customer needs, developing 3D CAD models and shop drawings, preparing bills of materials, interpreting submittals and regulatory requirements, maintaining engineering records, and collaborating with internal and external teams. A high school diploma or equivalent and formal CAD education are required, while experience with custom product engineering or manufacturing projects and an associate’s degree in engineering or a related technical field are preferred.
