Description
The Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing documents, methods, approaches, and techniques for conceptual and interpretive drafting of design-build or plan/spec projects. The role coordinates technical issues with internal departments and external consultants, prepares and reviews design drawings, supports electrical licensing requirements, and maintains technical expertise. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Revit proficiency; knowledge of electrical construction and NEC code standards; experience with computer estimating applications; and strong administrative, computer, and communication skills. A college degree is preferred.
