HUD is hiring a full-time Design Engineer to design and build interfaces across its RL training-data and evaluation platform and marketplace. The role focuses on making agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback understandable and actionable, translating complex reinforcement-learning workflows into usable tools, and improving products through user feedback. Candidates should have product and interaction design judgment, front-end engineering skills, a record of shipping products, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. The position is based in San Francisco or Singapore, with remote candidates eligible for 70–80% overlap with those time zones, and offers visa support for strong candidates.
