The role supports and leads complex construction engineering services, including temporary works, traffic management, ground engineering, and surveying; develops buildable and compliant design deliverables; manages client, project, financial, commercial, and programme aspects; and leads technical and project meetings. Candidates should have IEng Initial Professional Development or CEng equivalent progress, relevant professional qualifications, and significant relevant experience.
