LatchBio is hiring a Product Design + Frontend Engineer to design and build internal tools and public-facing experiences for researchers using AI benchmarks. The role combines product design, interaction and visual design, frontend systems, developer and user experience, and website development, with responsibilities spanning complex workflows, usability improvements, new interaction patterns, and marketing launch experiences. The position requires strong design judgment, fluency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React, and the ability to move between design and implementation.
