JSI Store Fixtures is hiring a full-time Mechanical Design Engineer in Bangor, Maine to support sales-driven custom product development and rapid design modifications for refrigerated and non-refrigerated retail display fixtures. The role involves interpreting customer requirements, developing and modifying 3D CAD models, drawings, and bill of materials, supporting technical proposals, collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams, and ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least five years of mechanical design experience, and proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
