Rillet is hiring a Design Engineer to own the full arc from visual concept to shipped product for its platform refresh. The role will evolve the design language and design system, translate brand direction into a cohesive product experience, improve accessibility and performance, prototype in code, and help automate design-to-code workflows. The position is based near the New York City or San Francisco offices, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-person work on Tuesdays and Thursdays plus one additional flexible day each week. React experience is preferred, and the expected base salary is $170,000–$240,000 in New York City and San Francisco, with equity and benefits.
