Description
Roku is hiring a Design Engineer to own the technical foundation for AI-assisted design workflows across its UX team. The role builds integrations between AI tooling and existing designer systems, maintains reliable versioning and evaluation practices, establishes secure patterns for tools and prototypes, and owns hosting and deployment infrastructure for designer-built prototypes, micro-apps, and tools. The engineer will also support designers with authentication, integrations, and environment issues, maintain shared AI tooling and UI component libraries, and serve as the primary liaison between UX and engineering. The position is California-only, offers an estimated annual base salary of $200,000–$220,000, and follows a Monday–Thursday office schedule with flexible Fridays.
