Trovy is hiring an entry-level Design Engineer to design and ship marketing and product-facing web pages end to end, using Figma, responsive web design, and AI coding tools. The role includes building layouts, typography, motion, responsive behavior, extending the design system, deploying code, integrating analytics, and working within financial compliance constraints. Candidates should have design training, a portfolio, familiarity with web design fundamentals and Figma, and experience with AI coding tools; prior full-time experience or a computer science degree is not required. The position is on-site in New York City and offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus equity and health benefits.
