Description
Standex International is seeking a Design Engineer responsible for planning, designing, and developing products, preparing specifications and drawings, defining tests, evaluating results, recommending design changes, and interfacing with customers. The role involves independent task completion, focusing on LTCC transformer and inductor designs, assisting in large-scale project implementation, adhering to export regulations like ITAR, providing technical support, evaluating new design samples, managing material and labor costs, utilizing design software such as Ansoft, PSpice, and MATLAB, creating technical documentation, traveling as needed, and mentoring junior staff.
