The role involves applying engineering principles to create innovative, manufacturable, and validated products, collaborating with various internal teams, and mentoring junior engineers. Key responsibilities include utilizing SolidWorks for design, optimizing product performance, performing reverse engineering, executing validation plans, reviewing prototypes, supporting procurement, documenting engineering details, participating in design reviews, communicating project updates, and contributing to continuous improvement.
