Description
Aalberts is hiring a Design Engineering Manager to lead a team of design engineers and manage new product development, major product enhancements, and strategic engineering initiatives across multiple product lines. The role combines people leadership, project leadership, and technical oversight, including design reviews, engineering problem solving, validation, risk assessment, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination. The manager will also guide engineered mechanical products and assemblies, support connected-product and emerging technology initiatives, and improve structured product development processes. The role is primarily office-based with occasional production and warehouse visits and occasional travel up to 20% to Aalberts sites and labs.
